'Anything for You' by Deedz STL
A very lyrical artistic entertaining depiction of love. The record has a top 40 billboard feel to it, given it plays to so many
aspects of relationship it unavoidably relatable. The first verse expresses growing together as a couple and engaging a
resilience against life’s obstacles that could stand in the way of their togetherness. The hook follows the first verse in
seamless fashion simply stating, “Baby there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for ya’ you can take my heart with you, hope you
know I really adore ya’ I can’t imagine my life without you.” The 2nd verse represents a testament of finding love and how
it can change a person completely, it hints at the idea of accepting your mate from who they were and who they are
becoming with each other. The last verse ends on a positive encouraging notation, it embodies the confidence you reach as
a couple that endures! I give this song 5 out of 5 bars on the decibel meter! Good job Deedz!

'Insecure Butterfly' by Stringz of E2M
Insecure butterfly tells a story of a woman’s inward struggle against the oppressive nature of todays’ society. The vamp
repeats “who knew something so dark could be so beautiful” speaks to a woman’s tenacity and ability to grin and bear it.
The rest of the song celebrates her life in the midst of adversity and seems to bring a sense of rebirth to the phrase you
can’t judge a book by the cover I give this song 5 out of 5 bars on the decibel meter due to the intellectual value,
todays mainstream lacks content and I’d like to see more of this in rotation so be on the lookout for this track
on #awakenyourmusic radio for your listening pleasure!

'Growing Up' by Time Out
Growing up ‘Time Out’ was musically influenced of Billie Holiday, Anita Baker, Miles Davis, Kenny Rogers, Quincy Jones
and the like. His inspiration stems far and wide but centers around the sounds of the ‘old school’, soulful music. Time Out
created Force Music Group, LLC in the year 2011. The label has grown into what you see today, strong, independent,
and innovative. Time Out is known for his tenacity and gifted abilities. It was the smooth melodic tunes and the vivid
story line of one track “Lost” off his latest project “The First Time” that led me to contact the recording/performing
artist known as Time Out. It’s a refreshing change especially this day in age to see a hip hop artist versatile enough to
bring a R&B track to life the entire album is an enjoyable listening experience.

'Flower' by Fatal Havoc
Ahhh… The sweet sound of melodies over metal! ”Flower” embarks us on a journey from the very begging we experience
the writers’ sense of urgency when he met her to seize the moment, after all you do only get one chance to make a
first impression. The edgy ruggedness of the instrumentals triggers a rifling effect of the sheer emotion that happens when
were caught up in that special moment, I give this ballad 5 out of 5 bars on the decibel meter because the captured the
atmosphere we all experience but sometime can’t put into words. Rock on my friends!
